We accept unopened and unused products should you return an item to us (within 14 days). Please note that in this case only the price of the item will be refunded - the original shipping costs and return postage costs will not be refunded. The refund will be processed after we have received the item (and its original packaging) and checked that it is in perfect condition.

In addition, you can exchange products that have already been shipped and are unopened, but you will have to pay both the return and reshipping amount yourself.
